Not having a great day, sciatica is acting up and arthritis in my right hand is causing a damper on the day.
I will have to work through it though as this is my busiest time of the year.

Thanks buddy ! I just finished doing my stretches and the sciatica is easing off a bit. Now I'm going to try and see if icing my hand helps
