Yup, it's called gps. Even then, my wife still gets lost!!!

LOL! I was an outdoor press junket once, where a feller from Silva bored the pants off us, for more than 2 hours, about the soon-to-be-released civilian GPS. The following day, we went up a nearby mountain, so he could demonstrate it. He forgot to charge the batteries!

I have a cabin outside Lake Placid, NY.
Hikers come across bodies in the spring after hikers and hunters get lost in the mountains during the harsh winters.

I had some friends who, in the the early 90's, came across the body of American mountaineer Art Gilkey on K2 More pertinent to this thread, of course, was the discovery, on Everest, of the body of George Mallory, with his trusty Lambsfoot still in his pocket

It's a beautiful Lamb Steve, but a mystery. I did some more searching myself earlier, as I'm sure you've done yourself many times. We'll just have to keep looking buddy. Maybe somebody messed the etch up!

Indeed it is. Even though I come from the wind swept prairies of Kansas. I've always been fascinated with mountaineering.

No, but now I will search for it.
I'm fortunate, in that my back yard, at my cabin, is the Adirondack forest. We have 43 peaks from 4-5000 feet not the ultimate heights, but solitude is easy to find.

Very interesting mate. I have been being trained by someone for the last 8 months. Her whole ethos is based around food and diet. One of the things she got me to do was change when i had my last caffeine/energy hit. I used to not have any after 4PM, it is now 11AM, with that and cleaning up my diet i had no idea how much better i would feel, but my sleep is just a better quality sleep. . Have a good week.
