Thanks for your thoughts Jer, that's a good answerIt's a good, strong knife that cuts just fine. It came with a coping-type point that I rounded down, and TEW's nail-nick stamp raises an eyebrow above the nick which compromises the lambsfoot's sloping back. Better than the wharnefoot points on their smaller ones, but those cut, too.
Good morning Guardians and Happy Saturday !
We will hopefully get some rain later today as it's badly needed.
Some stag for Stagurday

Congrats on capturing a good one Kurt, real nice horn.Good morning. I’m enjoying my coffee with this Taylor’s Eye-Witness. I am very happy with it. Nice and sharp. Thin blade perfectly centered. FF is fine. File work is thumps up. W&T the same. It came in a nice box too. It’s from their Premier line. It came with a kind of a COA saying the knife was checked for FF by Lee White. I read he made them. It’s a chunkier knife than I’m used too but it feels good in hand. Excellent. Forgot to mention the covers are Ram’s Horn.

Thanks Bill!Nice stag on Charlie Lamb!
Beautiful grain Paul.Hope everyone had a good morning and day for some of you. Got the trusty '19 today. Beautiful Wisconsin day. No rain yet but it is in the forcast.
On my favorite Observation Point and watching Artillery impacts. Amazing weapon system. I asked a First Sergeant why they only have 4 guns and he informed me that they sent 2 guns from each Battery to the Ukraine. So somewhere in the Ukraine there is 6 Wisconsin 155mm M777s in the fight against Russia. Hope everyone has a good day and Weekend.

Glad you enjoyed yourself, Jack. No rain here lol.It turned a nice, sunny day PaulI sat outside the pub, with my friends, and their kids, and when the rain came, we were protected by a large umbrella. After a couple of pints, my friends headed home to get the kids ready for bed, and I was walked home, catching a second bout of lighter rain, which beaded up on my new 5.11 shirt
Thanks a lot buddy, I hope you got some rain too

I'm feeling a bit lazy, so I'm just going to get a shave, and see what the day brings. Probably going to have a walk down to Charlie's at some pointHope everyone has a great weekend, and that you enjoy carrying your Lambsfoot knives
Think I'm going to carry some Damascus

Sounds like a perfect battle plan for the evening, Jack. I hope everything goes well and you have a great time amongst friends. Thanks buddy, I had one or two ideas in mind for today, but I have quite enjoyed just pottering around, and listening to the radio. I've been invited round to one of my pals for a few beers later, and the friends I went out with last night are going too, along with their kids, so it should be a nice evening![]()

Thanks pal, I'm only going a few doors down, but it'll be nice to catch up with my neighbour, who has been working away a lot lately. My mate Matt's lad, Cillian, is going on a cruise with his grandparents, and I have a small telescope for him, a Tasco 30X pocket model that I have owned for 40+ years!Wonderful plan with a wonderful knife. I used to have one. No worries,
Modoc ED is enjoying her now.

Would it be possible to see a photo of it showing how thiock the covers are, sometime, it looks like they might be cut thinner than contemporary examples?
