The original that started it all.I have enjoyed seeing the K’roo lambs guys, WaBoom, Calamity and Mable and Gus’s fine pair of blue bone and Uncle K’s as well. Here isin solidarity….

Wow that’s something I did not know. Awesome. The original that started it all.
That's where I got my urge when I saw Pete's.Wow that’s something I did not know. Awesome.
That is a beauty, love the specs of beige. Haven’t seen one without a shield yet, that’s unique. Let’s one enjoy the full splendor of that cover. All this talk of Willem’s knives led me to reach out and ask him to build me a lamb to carry as well. Here is the end result that showed up at the house today (built the slip to carry it in while he was making the knife).

The covers (Dyed Karelian Burl) on this one are some of my favorite of all time. Also, no shield seemed appropriate to be in line with the Sheffield versions that started this pattern. That is a beauty, love the specs of beige. Haven’t seen one without a shield yet, that’s unique. Well done Jeremy. The covers (Dyed Karelian Burl) on this one are some of my favorite of all time. Also, no shield seemed appropriate to be in line with the Sheffield versions that started this pattern.
Beautiful Lamb! We’re starting to get settled here in Idaho. In the midst of moving I did manage to get a Father’s Day gift ordered—something very special this year. It didn’t arrive until today because I had to squeeze into a busy schedule, but I’m happy to say I’ve got my first Rhidian and it is a gorgeous lambsfoot with incredible jigging. Check it out:

Thanks Bob! There were a few floating around before GregThe original that started it all.
Very closely sir.Out of curiosity how closely does the K’roo lamb match the handle shape and blade length of the Waynorth? I suspect almost spot on but since I don’t one the Waynorth and it is what led me to the K’roo in the first place, I am compelled to ask.
That's where I got my urge when I say Pete's.
When I get home will post the 2 together.
Jeremy that is a Stunner. Love that birch. All this talk of Willem’s knives led me to reach out and ask him to build me a lamb to carry as well. Here is the end result that showed up at the house today (built the slip to carry it in while he was making the knife).

Thanks Pete, same comment for you as well. Your thoughts on the process of working with Willem and ideas on the knife are much appreciated. Thanks Bob! There were a few floating around before GregTXGatorbait and I got on the books. Jack, ever the gentleman, responded to a PM as I queried Willem for the build. Fortunate for us, Willem placed us on his books.
