Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

What knife??😁
Wow...I hope it is not causing problems for residents.
HAHA!

It is not causing any problems per se. The eruption is in the middle of a peninsula, pretty far from any settlement. Gas pollution is or can be a concern though and in the days leading up the eruption we had a looot of earthquakes, 8000 in the last day alone. The largest (4 and 5 on the Richter) could be felt here in Reykjavik, a few even made house shake and knocked things down from shelves.

We talk about Lambsfoot knives here, not the BUYING of Lambsfoot knives.

If you would like to enquire about a particular knife you see here, please PM the member who owns it. It's up to them if they want to reply to you. If you feel you have had a bad experience with a particular dealer, the best place to post about it is here . You might want to read the post I linked to, and perhaps have a look in the Thread Index, which is linked to there, which discusses many knife manufacturer's Lambsfoot knives (though not their prices). However, you're more likely to get help from people if you treat this thread with respect. The interests of this thread have, I think, been well served over the past 7 years, which is, arguably, one of the reasons it is still here, and flourishing. Good luck in finding a Lambsfoot knife you are happy with.
Apologies, Jack. I broke this rule back on page 3925. You let me slide. I have gone back and deleted the comment.

I'm afraid it's the same one for today.

Ah well! :D ;) Fantastic Dylan :)
Congrats Mitch and thanks for the GAW Jack.
A pleasure Jer :) I haven't been doing as many giveaways as I usually do, this year, mainly because I no longer have ready access to Lambsfoot knives  Not long until Yorkshire Day now though :)
Evening Guardians! Faithful Axe Lamb has been my companion today.

A fine choice David :)
This thread keeps falling out of my feed so when I catch up I’m always several pages behind.
That happens when I fall asleep! :D
Sorry guardians but that big badaboom thingy in the background there, it went off yesterday and makes it hard to focus on the knife - and I know you like 'em sharp

Scrumptious Joshua! :D
Beautiful collection Jack.
Thanks Bob, they weren't mine for long :D Those are some of the knives from the 2017 Guardians run, sitting on the bench, waiting to have their etch applied :)

Blimey! You seem to be taking it with a great deal of sang froid my friend :)

No apology necessary Dan :) I think it's one thing to ask for someone's impressions of a knife, in terms of its fit and finish, and to mention you have one on order, nothing wrong with that I don't think, and quite another to start quoting prices, and soliciting a discussion on that basis. Thankfully, that post was quickly cleaned up, and I am grateful for that, and for the forbearance shown here
Mate, we have all transgressed at some stage, i have many times, even Jack had to chastise himself a couple of times. 🤣 . No drama, post deleted, all good and no agro, that is the main thing. :):):)
It's true! :D I still have the scars! :D

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone is doing well. Thank you for the kind comments in the giveaway thread, I'm glad we will have a new Guardian joining our ranks :) I slept terribly last night, but my back feels a little better. What I need to do is make sure that, since I need to stay in today, I don't sit in my office chair all day  Have a good day Guardians :)

I'm expecting a load of deliveries today, all being delivered by the same courier firm. They have a tracking app, so I could see that the driver was close, and thought I'd go out to give him a hand. For some reason, the young guy, in his early-mid 20's I guess, parked about a hundred yards down the road. I walked down, and told him who I was, and he started to go through the boxes and parcels inside, picking out about ten. He passed me a large computer monitor to carry, and I set off back to my house. I could hear him walking about 2 feet behind me. When I got back to my front door, he handed me a small envelope containing some ear-buds. When I asked where the rest of it was, he said that was all there was, and that they must be sending another driver with all the other stuff. I couldn't believe he'd let me the heaviest item, and just walked behind me, the lazy sod! Needless to say, I'll be waiting for the other driver to ring the door-bell 🫤

Looking forward to Cake Day tomorrow! :D
