Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Sorry about all the rain, Jack. We got a bit here overnight, but overall it’s been a pretty dry summer so far.

Interesting word of the day. I’m guessing the “pain” part comes from the French for bread, and isn’t a wain a cart or wagon?

We’ve been some cleaning/organizing around the house this week, and I was hoping my missing Ashley’s Choice might turn up, but so far, no luck. 🫤
Thanks mate, I'm very sorry that your AC hasn't turned up ☹️ I hope you're reunited soon 🙂👍
😋😁👍
Now David my friend, there is a classic case of smoke and mirrors, or to put it more bluntly " False Advertising ". 160 calories per 10 pieces as shown on the package, not 160 calories per 10 pieces of chocolate as broken off from the block. ;)
🤣👍

Good morning Guardians, have a great day 👍

Good luck with that, dealing with Government Bureaucracy is bad enough here, but if you want difficult just mention deer. In the state where i reside they are in plague proportions, now appearing in built up suburban areas. They are an introduced pest, but do you reckon you can get the Government to place them on the invasive pest list, " Oh No " we will have to look into that, we don't see them as a problem. Unbelievable, and that is my Rant the day. 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
I remember Cambertree Cambertree saying the deer were a pest, and of course bureaucrats are a pest EVERYWHERE! 🙄👍
Nice looking chips, just making breakfast, now i feel like chips with my eggs. 😋 😋 😋 😋 😋 😋
Thanks mate, hope you enjoyed your breakfast 🙂👍
Hope everyone is having a great week.

Beautiful K'roo Jeremy, and a lovely example of your own work 😎👍

Lambsfoot came with me to the garden last night and we finally have a few ripe cherry maters! I like to wrap them in basil leaves with a little slice of whatever random hot peppers are growing out there. Natalie has a mix of colorful little peppers growing. Some sweeter and some will put a hurtin on you!

It's looking like a few days and we will have a couple million more delicious little tomatoes.

Sofie wanted to try but she never actually eats the fruits and veggies. She just gets upset when I'm eating and she's not!

Have a good day everyone.

They're a pest here, though natives. And they're in the suburbs.
But kill Bambi? No! Capture and relocate them at unimaginable expense, never mind that the woods can't support them in these numbers either.
Or bait them with contraceptives that percolate into the drinking water.

I remember a sense of awe the first time a space ship actually landed like a space ship instead of a projectile.
[Well, it landed like a vehicle instead of a projectile. We're still not settling them gently on their butane butts like proper space ships.]

Thanks Jack. One day in the future I’ll probably decide to carry a lamb that isn’t a K’roo but that day is not today.

That may be true my friend. But I don't count calories just indulge and enjoy. 🤠

I started work at 6 a.m. for years, so it was dark when I went to work. Deer are why I quit riding my motorcycle to work.
And bugs
View attachment 2257977,
Pic is wishful thinking. I got up early to ride before the heat and humidity set in, to heavily overcast skies and light, intermittent rain. We need the moisture, but this isn't amounting to anything. And yes, I'm a light weight when it comes to motorcycling in the rain. Been there, done that. If I don't have to, I'm not going to :p

Been fiddling around with a couple of Rough Rider whittlers. The red one is a splitback and the green one has a lockback main blade. Not the best pic as its gotten dark out, and I had to augment the natural light with unnatural light

I don't blame you for skipping the ride in the a.m.. You have the holiday covered with those two.
Is the green bone? I like the coloring.
