Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Fluffernutters are good. Not nauseatingly sweet at all.

And at 22.5 calories per tablespoon, we're in Tic Tac territory, fatteningaciouosly.

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone had a relaxing weekend. It's still raining here, and the rest of the week looks to be much the same. The most we can hope for is 'dull' unfortunately, so it's, literally, a bit of a cloud hanging over my trip to Whitby. If there's the rain, the steam fair will end up as a quagmire, and as I don't have the assistance of Tool Man, taking a pair of wellington boots is out of the question. I hope the fat lump is OK. I have to call in at the docs again this morning, then go into the pharmacy in town, so I see a visit to Charlie's on my horizon. Have a good start to the week Guardians. Yorkshire Day tomorrow! 😊

Charlie Lamb in the pocket  Reminds me of my skool daze! :D

Sorry to hear about Toolman and your lousy weather. Good luck at the doctor and nice pic of your Charlie Lamb 👍

Good morning Guardians. Starting the week off with rain I'm afraid. This part of the country is also starting off with hurricane season but none in sight. Have an early meeting with our mayor this morning so I'm off to our local coffee house for a cup of java.

Thanks Steve, the useless fat lump rang me while I was out, just as he was on his way to his mother's, where there's no phone signal! 😖 Not only raining here, but very muggy unfortunately

Enjoy your coffee, and stay safe Bill  I had two cups at Charlie's, as I felt I needed a bit of livening up!
Finally, a cool summer day with sunshine!!View attachment 2270389
Sounds great Bob, and that is a perfect shot :)
Good morning guardians I hope you all have a wonderful week. The mother in law brought my son treats from the south View attachment 2270391
No beavers were harmed! ;) Lucky lad :)

My internet connection is running as fast as Tool Man chasing a salad sandwich, so I've been waiting for this page to load a while  On the subject of Tool Man, I got even less sense out of the pea-brained wazzock than usual! 😣 When I enquired about his health, he said he was fine, and dismissed Boring Ray's theory about his getting soaked with macho bravado. Of course this didn't explain why he had 'knocked' last Thursday, but allowed me to disparage him in language I could tell was hitting a nerve! 🤣 He'll be getting a lot more of that too, particularly as he's U-turned on almost every single thing he'd told me to get me to Whitby, which is costing me as much as a holiday overseas 🤨

After leaving Charlie's, I headed into town, where I had a bunch of errands to do. I managed to get my prescription, though they got it wrong  I also called in the Corn Exchange, so I could pick up a few Yorkshire goodies for the giveaway winner. I'd hoped to score some Yorkshire Parkin, a traditional local ginger cake, but incredibly, I couldn't get any in the market :( A few years ago, I could have got it from a dozen stalls  I ended up having a Banh Mi for lunch, but it was a bit disappointing. On the way back home, I called in the docs, and managed to accomplish half of what I'd gone in for 😖

Imgur is still down here, been seven hours since I first tried it :(
