Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Jack Black Jack Black Thought i would get in first. It is the 1st of August here so it is Yorky Day. Going to educate our American friends to some of the weird and wonderful ways of the Yorkshire breed. Being rather frugal by nature as rumour has it ;) ;) ;) they waste nothing, this is a picture of a Yorkshire Dump. The story goes that when glass manufacturing was big in Yorkshire at the end of the day they did not want to waste any left over glass so began making heavy objects for use as door stops, paper weights and items of decoration for the home, well that is as the legend goes. I know i'm a day early but happy Yorkshire Day my dear friend and Captain of the ship Jack. 🥰🥰🥰🤝🤝🤝.

A fine lamb.👌 I'm sure the little one is keeping you busy.
This one keeps me busier than the other 4 combined…
Hey buddy! Great to see you! That's a sweet bouquet, and it's nice to see your Ebony '18 :) Hope everything is well with you :) Yorkshire Day tomorrow, so don't miss the giveaway ;)
Thanks, Jack! Fortuitous timing. And now I know what to make for dinner tomorrow!

Out and about, enjoying the weather with my 4 year old and ‘18 Lamb, and realized that it’s been forever since I checked in!
Hope everyone is doing well.

Here’s the Lambsfoot with a bouquet the 4 year old put together:

It's great to see you here Mike. And your 4 year old has skills already!
I rang my pal Ewan, originally from Leith in Scotland, today, as it's his birthday, and he was on his way north, to Edinburgh, with his family, as he's moving back, after 20 years down here. I can't say I blame him, particularly as his folks are there. I'll try to get up to see him before too long

Wolfie called me. He's off to Albania, of all places, with his family, this week. Hope he doesn't pick up any local dress customs! 🤣

I have always enjoyed Ewan's music Jack. But what language is he speaking? 😁

Due to repeated exposure to Steve's and David's Lambs, I discovered and became a fan of the pattern. And I can now say that I am a proud owner of a Lambsfoot:
Beautiful Adam.

cudgee cudgee - Happy Yorkshire day Leon!

Nice miniature AK! The lambfoot isn't too bad either! 😉

Well, Happy Yorkshire Day, Jack!

Cheers! Couldn't find any Château de Chasselas or any Samuel Smith ale. Got some Islay malts, but went for the Wild Turkey 101 proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Reckon I'll probably post something later with taters. About to hit the sack--guess you're just getting up. Hope it's a chuffin' great day for you, mate!

The glorious day has come again :) Unfortunately, I had another sleepless night last night, so I'll be getting some kip on t'settee at some point. Ordinarily, I have some adventure planned for Yorkshire Day, but with my trip to Whitby on Thursday, I don't really have time to go gallivanting about too much. I've just had a Yorkshire breakfast of toasted pikelets, and I shall be off down to the market for a chip butty at dinner time, and then going out for a pie for my tea, and in the mean time I'll try to post as much Yorkshire content as possible. First, I need to have a ring round, and return the greetings I've had :) I hope you have a grand day Guardians, and that your chip butties are delicious :) Thank you for helping me celebrate

Sorry to hear that you had a rough nite Jack.
I do hope you manage to have a wonderful Yorkshire Day. My chip shop does not open until 12 o'clock, so no pics until later.
Enjoy.🍻
