Jack Black Don't often see micarta on a lamb. I was looking for some time for some old rag or westinghouse so glenn could work his magic. That stuff is hard to find and not cheap. That is a really nice one, Jack.

I think I’ve mentioned this before (in fact, I’m sure I have, as I already had this pic on my Imgur account), but this Lao Gan Ma Chili Crisp is supposed to be the standard for that type of thing. Should be much more widely available (and has been around a lot longer) than the Momofuku Chili Crunch. That said, I’ve never actually tried it myself, so I can’t say how it compares.
