Now you're talking.I'm just having a piece of stem ginger cake with a cup of Yorkshire![]()
Thank youYep, that's where it belongs. Nice photo of your bog oak.![]()
If you don't have an airline, it's inexpensive, and a can lasts ages Joe. Flood the joint with oil, work the blade some, open the blade at 45 degrees, and blow the air through the well, and out through the joint. Unless you like re-decorating, put a tissue or cloth round the tang, which also let you see the gunk coming out. Then re-oil, work the blade, open the blade at a different angle, and blow out. Keep going until the oil coming out is clear. You should get a smoother action. You might want to work the blade with a cloth, or use work gloves, as it's easy for your hand to slip with all that oil@Jack Black Thank you! I am going to take your advice on the canned air!
It looks nice out in the wild
LOL!It is. Wish i had of gotten my hands on one of these a lot earlier. It will age beautifully with carry and use, but i am running out of time.![]()

AC is a laudable lamb Jack. Your small pie looks inviting too.My ankle still isn't 100%, but I managed to get around OK today, and I've arranged to go out with my mate Matt and his family tomorrow. Hopefully I'll have time to call in, but I'll be carrying my ACHope everyone has a great weekend

Nah you don't get a tattoo as the tattooist wouldn’t get their money's worth, another fussy customerIf you don't have an airline, it's inexpensive, and a can lasts ages Joe. Gracias Jack. Can you refresh my memory on what wood is on the 19?Good to see your '19
Welcome Joe. A very nice lamb indeed. The brass goes well with the bog oak and that is excellent grain. Oh... btw... lambs in general have a strong pull.Well, I have been following this thread for a little while and find that the lambsfoot knife has really piqued my interest. I finally figured out where to find one. I ordered a Michael May in bog oak, and it just showed up in today’s mail.
First impressions- it appears to be pretty fantastic for the money! I’m used to paying GEC money traditional knives lately, so this seems like a bargain so far. Let me know what you Guardians think of my first lambsfoot!
Thank you!

I may need to wear my bells, as my seasonal joy is a little strained by all the extra chores at Church.
I love Snoopy.Good morning Guardians. Today is a half-day for the students. The morning is some sort of reward movie and the afternoon is “school improvement” for the teachers. I figured they could get along just fine without me.View attachment 2416482
Great story Jack.LOL!Back when my kids were young, I used to really go to town with the meals over Christmas, and one Christmas Eve, I still had about 20 food items on my list, as I went into the centre of Sheffield. The heavens opened, one of the most torrential downpours I've ever seen, there were women screaming it was so bad. I had a Gore-Tex jacket on, so was relatively well-protected, and found a bit of shelter opposite the old Richards factory. Eventually the downpour eased a little, and went to check my list to see what I needed next, but when I put my coat pockets had filled up like goldfish bowls, and the list was destroyed!
Fortunately, I managed to remember everything. Not a chance of that now though!
At least they'll be able to hear you coming Jer
At the risk of repeating myself... Vive le Toffee Wings!!I try to give them a sporting chance.
