Oh i believe it. As Jack said, lost knives nearly always show up. In our panic we never look at the obvious places. Glad order has been restored. You guys are not going to believe it but it was still sitting on top of the branch where I took the picture yesterday.
Thanks kindly David.Lovely wood covers on your Lamb Bob!
Congratulations!! I'll bet you appreciate that knife even more now than you did before!Found it![]()
You guys are not going to believe it but it was still sitting on top of the branch where I took the picture yesterday. I was distracted at the time by people coming down the trail with a dog. Cassie was off leash and I was focused on rounding her up. I just forgot to grab it up before moving on.![]()
I brought a magnetic pickup tool but didn't need it. Thankfully with the rain not many people had walked by that spot. It must not have been windy last night as it was precariously perched atop that branch.

Lamb was a bit damp and cold but none the worse of wear from it's night out in the elements![]()
Looks like a great place and weather to bond with your son.Went on a nice hike with my son, we hiked a trail through the remains of an old 1800's gunpowder mill. Had my HHB with me. I even used it to cut a stick for my son.View attachment 2425776

It upsets me when restaurants do this. Don't they realize how important pizza is? Why take the best food group and put it in such a precarious position?
Whether it's on a crowded table or in my belly - I can always make room for pizza! No aerial acrobatics required!
Just gotta say that every time I read, or hear, the word "paddock," I immediately think "Quiet, all of you! They're approaching the Tyrannosaur paddock!"

Jack it doesn't surprise me. Sadly history is becoming an irrelevant concept to most.Very nice Jack![]()

You'd think so, wouldn't you?
They are situated about a quarter of a mile from where the famous Mousehole Forge stood

There are certain standards in the Royal Elite lounge, I'll have you know!I won't be spending too much time on the beach Mitch, and I probably won't need much sunscreen at this time of year, but the weather looks a lot nicer than over here!
I've got a few trips organised, including one to the Timanfaya National Park, where the sand can definitely be hot!

Sorry to hear about Echo, Rachel. I remember when I got a phone call at the office from my wife informing me about our cat Blackbeard dying. The office staff got me a sympathy card when they saw my reaction to the news. Seventeen years we had him. Always tough when a beloved pet leaves us.Have a fantastic holiday trip, Jack!
The last few weeks have been full of ups and downs: a wonderful trip to celebrate Mom's 90th, a bout of covid, and the loss of the sweetest cat I've known.

I've never seen one those racksit doesn't bother me, as long as I get to eat it. I must admit the first time I went there, didn't know what the racks were fore. I kept my mouth shut and watched till a pizza was delivered to another table.
