Everybody who spends time in the market bashes their heads on those cross-members Tyson, it happens all the time. My doctor said he was surprised nobody had sued the city council over it Thanks a lot mate, hopefully be OK

Good morning Guardians. Played golf in the rain yesterday - well, just a little sprinkle was it. The final two holes got me and my buddies damp. The only thing I hate worse than rain (when playing golf) is cold rain. And it was breezy too boot. Sunny this morning and pleasant. Decided to make myself some steel milled oats and apples for breakfast. My HHB helped out too.

Thanks, I hope so, they're not very severe, but I've been getting them every day, usually in the late afternoon or evening. I will certainly TRY to be careful!

Thanks mate. Turns out I fractured my skull, when I bashed my head in the market, before Christmas! I've got a crater/groove in the top of my head I could carry a pineapple on! Hopefully OK, but let me know if I start being grumpy
