How is Tool Man today? Hope your having a good day Jack.
Thanks David

I rang Tool Man yesterday morning, and he had just finished a cheese and Bacon Grill omelette. He insisted on telling me some very unpleasant stories about his recent stomach problems, but seems a lot better. With his diet, and eating habits, it's only a matter of time before there's a recurrence in some form, but nobody can talk sense into him

Blimey, I finally got caught up!

How's everyone doing, I hope all's well

I had 2 coffees, and a croissant in Charlie's yesterday morning, before heading into town for some shopping. By chance, I bumped into Ajay and Jim in the market, so we went for lunch at the Tunisian stall. We had a good catch up, but, annoyingly, I kept getting texts and phone calls from one of my neighbours. He's a nice bloke, but has very little sense, (actually, to correct that, he's a £%&+#'= idiot!), and also doesn't speak much English. He was asking if I could pick up 'something' for him, from a lady in the market. Unfortunately, he couldn't tell me where she was, other than that she sold hair products. Some time after, I was rung by a woman who made my neighbour look intelligent, and I could get very little sense out of her at all. A second call was completely silent. My neighbour rang me again, and told me the woman was called Josephine, and had a stall outside the market. I know the market well enough to know that there is no hair product stall outside the market, but I had a number, so figured I'd ring it when we'd finished eating

Ajay and Jim went off to explore Leeds, and I had the idea to ask one of the female stall-holders, where I might find this Josephine. Thankfully, the lady was very well-informed, and told me that it was, in fact, a hairdresser's shop situated near the market, on the main road. I went there, and asked if they had something for my neighbour Stephane. At first, the two ladies in the shop didn't seem to know what I was talking about, then the penny dropped, and they gave me a carrier bag, stacked with plastic containers, which looked like they contained food. I received no further explanation. I had arranged to meet Ajay and Jim at 'The Templar, an old-fashioned pub next to the Thai restaurant we were eating at, so a couple of hours later, I went back into town. I got a pint in The Templar, but it was very busy, and there were no tables free. I drank my pint, and left, calling Ajay, who it turned out was only 100 yards away, with Jim. We went to a different hostelry, and had a good couple of hours, talking about old times, before going to eat. Afterwards, I walked them down to the railway station, as they were still staying in nearby Bradford. It's Ajay's talk tonight, so I'll sit at the back with Jim, and try to behave!
