Yes, I've read a few of Ajay's books, and they can be quite interesting (for me, because they often have a historic base), but they're certainly not the sort of fiction I would read otherwise. I suspect tonight's audience will be drawn from a certain demographicIt sounds like it might be a bit shrill for me.

The more people try to improve things, the behinder we get!
Glad you are enjoying the day, in spite of the gates to the loony bin being opened up!
I can relate BillVery nice knife my friend.
Good morning Guardians. Went out golfing yesterday and and decided to take a short nap...woke up after about 3hours!!!. Felt groggy for the rest of the day/evening. Guess I'll chalk that one up to experience. Going to refinish a small dresser if it gets warmer outside because I plan to paint it. I'll keep Mr HHB close to me today.

Sure hope so CharlieI hope Spark can work it out!! This site's life blood is the wonderful pictures that we all post! I have an extra margin for pics, because I pay for a Dealer/Provider membership, but it ain't cheap! Every time renewal comes up, I toy with the idea of dropping it! I guess I will continue munching the bullet for a while!!
Fantastic Steve
Fabulous JeremyHump day with ironwood.

Have a great day at the market and tell the crew howdy. Big Bex will handle Tool Man and any cake you can round up.It's after 11pm here. Unfortunately, I had to give up on posting earlier!I got myself an espresso and a piece of chocolate cheesecake on the way to Ajay's talk, otherwise I think I'd be snoozing, with my head on the keyboard!
I wish I had taken my camera with me, as the central library is an incredibly beautiful building. I'll have to go back sometime. Ajay's talk seemed to go OK. I imagined she'd be carried off to dinner by her boring fans, but they all shot off pretty fast. Foolishly, in my opinion, Jim and Ajay hadn't eaten, and wanted me to take them to the Thai restaurant we'd been to last night. I'd actually been in the previous night too, but they wouldn't be swayed, and since I'd already eaten, who was I to argue. I just had some prawn crackers and a couple of beers while they ate. It was nice to catch up with my old friends, and I think they're off to Manchester tomorrow. I'll be heading down to the market of course, and carrying Big Bex, Have a good Thursday Guardians
