Not here please Dan, as was explained to me, many years ago, some members like to read through the threads here with their kids, hence the posting restrictions that don't apply to most of BF. 'Dancing girls' will do fine“I'm going with knives... and dancing girls!”
Will you were on the right track, but I was thinking...
Gorgeous Steve
I hope we can resume normal service soon VinceI must be in the wrong thread!
Thank you Jack!! Absolutely! It was a typo. I meant late 19th early 20th century. Will fix it now! Thanks again!Beautiful ButlerVery plausibly 19th Century, definitely not late 18th Century

Mr.Bex is looking good Jack. Hope the trip to the market was a good one.Good evening Guardians, I hope everyone is having a good dayAfter a late night, an early start, and a long day at the market, and halfway through catching up here, I fell asleep for an hour on the sofa. I woke up a little late to start cooking dinner, and wasn't hungry, so I've just had some cheese on toast, which was what I fancied

I think it's been an hour now, maybe longer, and my heart-rate has only just settled back down, and my vision cleared. I don't know how you guys managed to put this together, but I received a very special gift this evening, a wonderful knife, which I will treasure always. It is one of Cosimo Di Bendetto's beautifully elegant Lambsfoot knives, and it would be amazing enough, but it came as a gift from a bunch of you, who are my friends, which is why it will always have a special place in my heart. I can't thank you folks enough for all the kindness and friendship I have received here over the years, but this knife will be a special reminder of both. Thank you so much my dear friends
It's late here, and long dark, but here is my Pals' Lambsfoot![]()
