Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Bonus pic of the day 👍

Stunning! :)
Afternoon Guardians! Hope everyone has had a good day. Lots of purdy Lambs 🐑 today. Been to the cardiologist today and got a good report. R F Mosley Lamb 🐑

Great news David :) Another piece of history there :)
Anyone like a good Moscow Mule? For me it needs a lime but not squeezed lime juice and a quality ginger beer.

Guilty! :D One of my favourites :) Albers is looking good buddy
Also on a different note, look at this Moon vehicle. Definitely not for me but I thought some may be interested in what the interior of the Tesla truck looks like. The owner claimed a 0-60 in 4 seconds. This is the two motor unit, not the three.

That's very space-age! Still not self-cleaning though! 🤖🤣
First one I saw, I thought somebody had built a car in their garage... those things are ugly (my opinion). 🤣
🤣
End of times is near. 😆🔥🔥

Thanks Jack. It made my morning, today. Tomorrow is a new adventure. 🤣
Good luck Pete! 🤣
Expanded the flock again with an unknown maker sterile lamb off the bay. Nice cheap lamb. Will definitely be put to work.

Got Mom set up in home hospice. Hate it but it certainly takes a load off. Take care of yourselves!

Made in Italy for Carl Kammerling (mark is 'CK'). Not a true Lambsfoot, but better than some of their more recent offerings, which you might still find pics of in the Thread Index. I bought one for discussion purposes. The lack of markings may mean they're being sold to other companies.

CK sell inexpensive tools, in hardware stores, and one or two knives, which accompany them, usually modern styles today. Here's a slightly older knife of theirs, the quality is only slightly better. I don't think I paid more than £2 for either of them. Older carbon steel CKs are much better knives

I just pinch it open. When it gets some patina it will be easier to pinch as well. I prefer stiff springs. She will pull a nail if you don’t use the right technique 😂
Took a fair bit of work to get it to that point, I had to use pliers to get the blade open the first time! :D
Great pics Jack!

Cheers all.

Thanks a lot Dwight, two cool shots there my friend :) What a life! :D
Looking good Mitch :)
Afternoon all
Had beans for lunch 😋
I made myself beans on toast at my hotel breakfast buffet in Crete. It tasted awful, the baked beans were really salty! 🤮

Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone has had a good week. I need to go to the docs, as I've run out of my new tablets, (I may have lost some while travelling). I'm really trying hard to slow down, but it's not easy, I keep getting requests to do small jobs, and larger ones, and some of my friends are the worst for it. I had my phone on silent, but I received a text at 3.30am, and I've not stopped receiving them, from other folks, all morning  I was up late last night editing my holiday snaps, but I am only a third of the way through. I'll get this first bit of work done, which is a favour for someone, then head down the road to the docs. I have a delivery today, so I hope I don't miss it. Got my Pals with me to help out, thankfully :) Have a good day everyone

Beans have to be right.
You make sure you take it easy.
Have a good day

Congratulations Bob and welcome home Gracie!

Very nice Bob! I wonder if that redwood is anything like the west coast redwood.

Thank you Dwight.
The grain on this is very different to the California tree. The grain pattern seems much more striated. Sample I used.

You seem to have total control of your fiefdom.👌

Maybe you have a delivery today.😁

I'd say take your time with that. We'll be glad to see them whenever they're ready.

Unless you have to hurry to label them before you forget what the heck this or that was.

Thanks buddy !

Please take care of yourself Jack. It's okay to say no sometimes if you are getting overwhelmed. Your health is more important than any job, be it a small one or a large one.

Pals Lamb is a beauty !

Thanks! I figured someone would shed some light on it.
There's all sorts of stuff in this thread, it's just a question of remembering WHERE! :D The Thread Index is a great resource, but it only covers the early part of the thread, and sadly, some of image links may no longer work :(
Thanks Jack

Thanks mate, I ended up having beans on toast in Charlie's cafe, a dish which is absolutely lost on the Italian staff! 🤣
Thank you Dwight.

Perhaps! :D Fortunately, it came early, so I was able to have a stroll to Charlie's ;) Thanks Jer, there'll be a minimum of labelling! :D

Thank you Steve, all those 'little jobs' add up! I will always treasure the Lamb from my pals :)
Good morning Guardians and Happy Friday !

It's a beauty of a day here and I'm carrying my Charlie Lamb 👍

Looks lovely Steve, as does your Charlie Lamb :) It's warmer than Crete here today, which is set to continue over the weekend, but then we have a solid week of rain forecast! 🤨

I love good reports.
Thanks buddy!

Unfortunately, I slide into the eclectic occasionally Jack. My next lamb is Mango.😂
My second language Bob! 🤣
Thank you Jack!

More rain$@# at least the grass is green and roses are popping out.
They were honoring the military at my golf tournament yesterday.
