Good morning Guardians, I hope everyone is well, and that you've had a good weekThere's still no sign of summer here, but at least it's not raining right now
Two years of rain, and the third missing summer in a row, kind of makes me wish I lived somewhere else
No plans for today, other than cracking on with a bit of work, I can always find some
Maybe, I'll have a walk down to Charlie's later, though with Sara away on vacation, the conversation is a little limited. I did learn a new Italian phrase the other day - Brutto tempo!
Have a great day Guardians, the weekend is almost here
Carrying my Pals Lamb, thanks guys

Good morning Guardians. Brutal weather this week - thunder storms and several inches of rain (we needed it). It was the warmest and driest June on record and we are certainly making up for it in July. Hope al have a great upcoming weekend - me; I'm going to try to stay dry with my HHB. Maybe have a dram of some "Oogie".

I saw on the news last night that at least one house in East Lansing had its foundation burst by flood waters.
The catastrophist in me wonders how long anybody will be able to afford insurance on anything.
Rose Beast is still a beautiful knife.

Around here, you have a choice, raise your home about 8 feet off ground level if you want to be insured.
Oh yes....our last bad hurricane had water levels at roof line on many shore homes. My brother is on second home. His is raised 10 feet. That bad?!![]()
