I’ve actually eaten at that exact fish & chips shop in Weymouth! And I’m sure I’ve seen that episode before (I’ve watched every series that Anthony Bourdain made, and I’m currently in the middle of re-reading his books), but I must’ve seen it some time before we were there, and I never made the connection.
We drove down to West Bay and Weymouth one day during our second UK visit, when we came for Christmas in 2018. Unfortunately I didn’t take a single picture of the fish and chips, but this was just taken down the street.
