British Food Depot carries many varieties ( on sale ).Sounds like you had a nice day, Jack. Can’t go wrong with a half-price flat cap!
Bob, I’m envious that you have a local chip shop that will not only sell you a chip butty, but also stocks D&B!
Looks great, Jack! They definitely don’t skimp on the chips, do they? I would’ve stuffed a few more into my own chip butty, but I slightly underestimated how many I would need for three butties so I had to be a bit conservative (admittedly more so with the girls sandwiches than my own…)
While I’m far from an expert, I will say that my one criticism of the video you posted a few days ago was when the guy said to add one layer of chips. I say pile ‘em on!
Mmm, vegan “fish.”
He’s fit right in at the Leeds’ Thursday Market!
Looks tasty, Dwight! I will say I’m slightly surprised you didn’t figure out a way to make a smoked chip butty.
That’s a pretty good idea! Five Guys has great fries, and while they might be a bit thin to really be considered chips, I bet it tasted pretty good!
They’re pretty much used to this kind of weirdness.
Thanks, Jack! This is always a fun tradition!
It may not be a chip butty, but dang it looks tasty!![]()
