AC is working like a champ. I did have to replace my furnace (motherboard) last month due to a close lightening strike so I’m sure that has helped.

I understand. I lead a very sedate boring life now days. I don't mind as the rumor is I had an exciting young life. At this point in my life I'm content to fade off into the sunset.
