All the experience counting seeds for my feral friends perhaps did help after all

I am afraid all that experience with feral creatures was of no help this time lol

My strategy was to guess/count the number of beans on the uppermost layer.
I then I guessed the number of "layers" that it would take to go all the way to the lowest one.
I then guessed that each layer would have about 10 beans less than the previous upper one.
I added it all up and "BINGO"
As you see I did an awful lot of "guessing" lol

Today we crossed the border into the good old and brought home to a very beautiful lamb !
An incredible knife from a very generous Guardian !

An amazing brand new lamb with great action, centering, jigging and looks !
I will treasure it 4ever !

I have to laugh, this was my same strategy and when I came up with the number, I thought, nah that's waaaay too high!

Personally, I like a good flat cap, but then I also have almost 20 years on you.

This Italian flat cap actually came from an Australian shop (go figure; most Americans don't know what a good hat is ).... threw it in with an Akubra I was desperate for.

Good choices in hats and knives!

We’re hitting spring, so soon I’ll transition from flat cap to Akubra. I run the Coober Pedy, it’s not as top Hatty as the photo makes it look.

I must admit I cheated on Bobs giveaway, I did the same method as other folks and arrived at 123. I then sought my wife’s help, she got 98 and as I said to Bob I’ve never been good at guessing the number of lollies in a jar so went with Hannah’s guess.

That was a little while back. I had almost forgot about it myself.

It took me a minute to get used to the sway of the handle but after some use I quickly realized just how ergonomic it is.


I hadn't carried this little one for awhile so I put it to work cutting up stuff for a omelet.

Easy to figure out, you have young 1s. I've always said they should come with toxic biohazard rating till about the age of 20.

I came home from 11 days away from the internet to find I was over 60 pages behind on this thread. I don't post much, but, do like to read every post, although I have to admit mostly for the pics. Anyway took me a few days to catch up. Here are my two lambsfoot knives. Easy to see which one gets the most use. In fact, the Waynorth lamb has been my carry since the day I got it a few months ago.

Was a great surprise.
Where are they? Probably at home. A lot of public servants still want to work from home, carry over from covid..
The NSW Premier (like state governer) put his foot down recently and insisted state public servants go back to office work. Of course that ls being fought.

Good morning Guardians. Off to play 18 this morning. Normally I do not carry any Lambsfoot knives with me while golfing. Too darn easy to lose them. I have an SAK clipped to my golf bag but even with all those precautions I have still lost knives. All that being said, I will be carrying my trusty HHB once I return home.
