Just gave Jb lamb a hone up for tomorrow's carry.
Don't know when I'll post tomorrow, the wife of Kristy's brother passed last week due to liver cancer. Funeral is tomorrow.

I know I need to remedy it, hopefully maybe when this GAW is done . But absolutely, I will do this the right way.

Here's a picture of a condiment I've been enjoying this year. Japanese Barbecue sauce, it's a great addition to chicken and rice. And I'll throw in another lambsfoot mod with it!

I just used this sauce tonight for a little hibachi dinner. Great flavor on that one.

Tonight I loaded up a couple hot dogs with condiments, coincidentally. My favorite lately has been this Kentucky Straight Bourbon Bacon hot sauce that a forum member recently recommended. My father in law gave me the Scorned Woman hot sauce, it’s entirely possible he was just telling me something. Thanks for throwing this epic Guardians party of ‘24 Barrett @btb01, please consider me in!

@btb01 Count me in! I’d love to have a chance to see what all the fuss over Albers is all about.
I have a big collection of hot sauces, I grabbed four from the front of the shelf. Also included is my wife’s favorite condiment. A bit too strong for me, but my son once discovered that using it in a food fight led to the immediate surrender of his opponent.

Yeah, I've got far too many bottles open!

She said it was her new favorite, replacing the Glitter Gold (non-Lambsfoot) knife she always reaches for when I go through my knife drawers. I guess that officially makes her a Guardian now.

@btb01 thanks for being awesome yet again. I'd like to enter the giveaway, please - here's my entry.

The sauce on the left is my homemade pepper sauce (it's delicious but just not hot enough for me to call it a hot sauce). It was pictured here while I was making it, and here's where Barrett gave it the Guardians of the Condiments Seal of Approval. It was just bottled tonight. My wife made the Il Bozzolo label - that's what we named our house, and that sticker is what we put on things we make to give away (hot sauce, lemoncello, etc.).

Of course I had to include a bottle of Henderson's, too. It made sense for the HHB to be pictured with its fellow Yorkshire delight, so the GL-24 was stuck with the hot sauce. It's very polite and pretended not to mind.

With the season still on the decline and this weeks much needed raining already vanishing I’ve had a couple of growers pull the pin on todays paddock inspections.
Called a mate and after work we’re heading out to the bush for a quick hunt. Maybe a fox, hopefully a deer.

I just used this sauce tonight for a little hibachi dinner. Great flavor on that one.

Certainly a winner for hibachi. Did you cook it on a flat top? I wonder how some cuts of LAMB would do in a hibachi dish, I get cravings for it as an alternative to beef semi regularly.

We certainly don’t eat them!
Foxes were introduced by the English to make Australia a bit more like home. They went on to become one of our most devastating pests contributing to the loss of many native species.
In my state the government offers a bounty of $10 for every fox scalp.

Cold rainy and dreary here in the mountains of virginia but boy do we need it. My stream is completely dried up and one small puddle had several dead minnows in it. A shame.
