It's a double special day.

Well last Sunday morning I got a phone call from my step Mum, that she had to get an ambulance Saturday night for my Dad. Turns out he had viral pneumonia & spent 3 days in the ICU & the rest of the week in hospital came home yesterday, still not good but he is home.
The reason it is double special is that Lorna turn 21 today & Poppy Griff turns 80 today!

I like the looks of that one, but I feel more secure with the flip clips than the whipping. I know it works but I don't believe it works.

Wolfie is like that with flying! I think the whipping is probably MORE secure, though obviously the clips are more convenient

My Scout LT is still my favorite.
I bought a few cheap before I ponied up for the LT. Hardly saved me any money at all.

Fall is here, loving the cool weather.

This blade has more waves than the ocean. My machine could not get this edge straight, no matter what angle I tried

When you look at how much of a flat band is actually in the clip,... but then how secure are my knots?

That profile might make a great walking stick heat/slingshot frame!
I finally watched the video through about shortening your bands. It's not really that blindingly scientific. A shorter band will stretch harder over the same distance as a longer band.
I have to cut down the bands on my Scout. They feel like a flabby backspring.

That's annoying Bob Wright's have had that problem for years, with a small percentage of blades coming back from HT with a 'wave' to them, yet they don't do anything about it. At the very least, why wouldn't you just discard those blades? They just don't care though, and neither do most of their vendors Nice covers though
