Those are great pics JeremyComing up for air as I haven't been around much recently. Between my day job and my other work, haven't had time to do much else. A lot of work over the past few months culminated in me selling my work at a booth in our town's Christmas market on Saturday, which went pretty well. Here are a few examples of what I was offering:

I can't imagine he'd be any worse at it than cutting hair mate! Before you know it they’ll be letting barbers practice dentistry again! Can you imagine letting Barber Brian have a go at fixing your teeth?!![]()
I’m in charge of pretty much all the Thanksgiving cooking around here, so it has been/will be a busy day. Earlier I made my grandma’s cranberry relish recipe (from which @black mamba ’s jigged bone GL-24 got its name). It’s about 20°F outside with snow flurries, but here in a minute I’ve got to head out and fire up the smoker for the turkey, then come in and get to work on sides. I’ll have to try and get a new Lambsfoot pic at some point, but for now, here’s one that I took of the Cranberry Relish Jigged Bone GL-24 when it was briefly in my care.

Absolutely stunning- well done Barrett and Jeff, that bone is absolutely spectacular!I love pecan pie, but my wife finds it too sweet, so we don’t have it often. We normally do pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving (a pretty traditional choice), but Julie had a big work party last week and came home with a whole (very large) pumpkin pie, so we’re a bit pumpkin pie’d out, and will be having apple instead.
Before you know it they’ll be letting barbers practice dentistry again! Can you imagine letting Barber Brian have a go at fixing your teeth?!
That emoji is the face I make every month when we pay for our internet service.Unfortunately there’s only one high-speed provider in the area, so I can’t really do the whole threaten-to-cancel-so-they-give-me-a-better-price thing.
Great pic, Pete!
Happy Thanksgiving, Guardians! I’m thankful for y’all!

Yeah, I can understand that JackI did think about taking it to try and tan, but I’m back at work next week so didn’t bother. They used to be worth money to sell, as were sheep skins but there really isnt a market for them anymore.
We pretty much use the normal meat parts. Aside from that dad always keeps the liver and shortbreads, I generally take the tongue, cheeks, heart, tail and kidney fat.
I kept the kidney fat to use in a spotted dick for Christmas. Can’t beat a good boiled pudding![]()
