What’s the cooking procedure for a while turkey like that?
Beautiful lamb.
I spatchcocked this one, dry brined it for about 24 hours, then cooked it at about 325°F. Took about 2 hours.
Can’t go wrong with that burl! I’d never heard of Afzelia before Eric did these.
