Yup, it rained all day

. I got a machine screw at Lowe's to cobble together my failed revolver grips, and groceries at Meijer's, which was a little expensive because I bought the ingredients for non-alcoholic mulled wine by Nicolette of Home-cooked roots.
I ran the dishwasher and a load of laundry, and put away the big Christmas stuff. I always take down the Christmas stuff on New Years, but I feel I'll want my decks cleared of sentiment sooner than that this time.
I didn't get to the exercising. I'll do that tomorrow.
Sounds like a very productive day, and looks like a very satisfying knife!

Thankfully, our 36-hour quarantine (along with diligent handwashing and surface-sanitizing the rest of the week) seemed to have worked, and no one else got sick. We had a nice Christmas, pretty low-key for the most part. Here are a few pics from the week.
Thanks for the informative Christmas story and photos, Barrett!

Your family's pre-Christmas symptoms suggest norovirus. We've had a couple of recent stories on the local TV news about a large outbreak in Michigan, and I think my daughter and son-in-law, who both work for MN Health Dept., mentioned the same for Minnesota.
Gary, I would assume that they are glued on.
That HHB is a stunner
Thanks, Steve.

Your shadow pattern lamb with no pins, great grain, and long pull is very distinctive!

Flash,
Gotta say it holds a good edge, haven't touched it up yet
Flash is certainly a handsome knife, Mitch!

May I request a photo of Flash in a pan?? Then maybe
Hatchet_Jack
can explain the origin of the phrase "flash in the pan" (if I'm correctly remembering some of his hunting preferences).
Nice to see your Hartshead Barlow
Thanks, Jack.

It's probably my most-carried lambsfoot, since I often carry it as a "bonus lambsfoot" even when it's not its turn to be my Lambsfoot of the Week.

Carrying my Charlie Lamb

Have a good day Guardians
Sublime knife, Jack!

Enjoy the last days of this year everyone.

Marvelous knife, Bob!

(It reminds me that I have a coughin' fit whenever I think about my eventual coffin fit.

)
During the last week of the year, I see many retrospectives in various media about aspects of the past year. I'm just trying to remember the lambsfoot knives I've carried in this last MONTH. My lambsfoot carry for Dec. 8-14 was Man Jack, my stag senator I won in a BF GAW once upon a time (thanks, Richard). IIRC, it's my first lambsfoot, from September 2015.
