Me, I'd leave it as is, or maybe try to get some dark horn with a similar jigging pattern :thumbsup:

I can own a gun in my state, but it would be illegal for me to own a slingshot. Go figure.

Thanks Jack. I too can buy a gun, but not a sling in my state. I have them sent to another state, then stepdaughter sends them here.
Hence I carry them illegally.

Good afternoon Guardians, I am just back from the market. Next week will be the last time Tool Man will be there for at least 6 weeks, as he is going into hospital for a long-awaited hip operation. Boring Ray's wife had made us a giant sausage roll, of which Tool Man immediately ate half.

Same here, although I did look it up kids could still use tree limbs to make a shanghai but that would be so outrageous to most these days.
My old man made me a crossbow.

Flynn is at the age where he’s starting to want to throw projectiles at things. I figure if I can’t get him an innocent slingshot, I’ll just have to get a deadly bow 🤷🏻😂

I probably will get him a bow for his next birthday, hopefully he can shoot some of the bloody rabbits living in my neighbours crap pile. They keep digging up my yard where I’m trying to establish lawn and around my fruit trees.
