That's a modern term Bob, but it is a friction folder. Before the invention of spring knives, all folding knives were friction foldersWould your lamb be considered an early friction folder Jack. I appreciate it's uniqueness.![]()

Looking good David
A grand gesture Jack.I hope everyone has been having a great dayIt was lovely Spring weather here, and I got a couple of pints with Matt and Cillian
If only I had a selfie-stick, I might have got a great pic today. I was just at the bottom of one of the main streets that make up Leeds city centre, when I spotted an old nun I know. She's an African lady, and blind. She's quite jolly, and I've helped her before. She can't really see anything at all, and I could see she was disorientated. It turned out she had got off the bus at the wrong spot. I said hello, and offered to take her to the church she goes to, which was about half a mile away. I offered her my arm, but she actually took my hand, so since I was wearing my 'Keep Calm, Fix Bayonets!' T-shirt, we must have looked like an unlikely pair. I walked her through town, and told her about some of the things on the way, and the history of a couple of statues we passed. She seemed to have a lovely time, and I delivered her to the church afterwards, before going off to find Matt

Fine gesture on your behalf and an act of kindness from a good human being. You will be repaid 10 fold, the good Karma bus will stop and pick you up somewhere down the road.If only I had a selfie-stick, I might have got a great pic today.
