It's a "Redcamp" from the river. Surprisingly heavy stainless steel, with a swing-down fuel grate and a slip-in ash tray. The little cooking grill fits perfectly just within the sides, to stiffen it all and hold it square. And a little nylon valise to pack it in. It has 4+ stars from 1000+ raters.Nice one Jer, What'd you get? I must have over a dozen, but they've been very underused recently![]()
Very cool Jack! I've never seen such a thing before.
Love this image Steve.

I'll try to play with it a bit tomorrow. Wednesday is brush pick-up, so I'll be handling some twigs with my latest machete.
I’ve got a lot of catching up to do. Had a wonderful weekend with great people. Back at work now. What a difference a day can make
. Carrying the stag Charlie today. In the picture is some of Jeremy’s fine leatherwork.

Very interesting Jer, most of mine are simpler designs, in stainless steel and aluminium, just to use on the trail. They vary from something you could sit on the palm of your hand, to my Kelly KettleIt's a "Redcamp" from the river. Very coolBy Yoko Onos Peace Tower (yeah, I know). During that time in the winter when the darkness is here, it shoots a strong beam of light straight up into the air that can be seen from afar. Sort of like the more famous Bat-signal in Gotham City

[eta: Looking at the prices, I think I know why I never got a Kelly Kettle. My Redcamp was twenty bucks.]
