Dennis, I believe Rachel's reference is to an old black-and-white horror movie called "Freaks", which is alluded to in the Ramones' "Pinhead". Someone posted some video clips recently.

I decided to get this ole gentleman out today!

I'm really not a horror movie fan, but Tod Browning's "Freaks" (1932) is an amazing film in many ways. The "one of us" scene is when all the freaks welcome the beautiful (but evil) trapeze artist to the sideshow family.

Me neither, but the scene has been widely referenced elsewhere, perhaps most recently in The Wolf of Wall Street.

Not really Travis, while it has similarities, the 'Short Beak' blade is much older than the Lambsfoot I think. If you have a look in the thread index, you'll see that the Ancient blade has been discussed on a number of prior occasions
