He has certainly produced a great variety of Lambsfoot patterns my friendThanks Jack. I think we have given him enough practice to hone his skills.
I have decided to make this my workmanship lamb.
.
Sorry to hear you've been suffering Steve, i do hope the new chiropracter will sort you outGood morning Guardians !
I've got an appointment with a new Chiropractor this afternoon. My old one retired three years ago and I've managed to stay away from one since then. Cassie yanked my left arm pretty hard a couple of weeks ago and it's developed into a pinched nerve. It's been quite painful the last three or four day. I'm really hoping for some relief with an adjustment.
Gidget in the pocket today

Yes, the girls went (and had a great time)!
They make a few that might put you off eating.
I would follow this up with a quote from the movie, but I don’t think there’s more than 10 seconds of Porch-friendly dialog.
“Should I fix you some sandwiches?”
That’s a beautiful knife, Bob!And a curious… mug?
Hope they can get you straightened out, Steve.
It was warm (well, relatively speaking) and sunny here in MN today. I headed over to St. Paul to take a look around the Ax-Man Surplus store. I’ve posted some pictures from Ax-Man before (probably most of the same stuff as these pics), but here are a few I took today.

Since I was already on that other side of town, and only about 20 minutes from Wisconsin, I headed just across the state line and picked up some Spotted Cow from New Glarus Brewing (as well as one of their seasonal beers).

On the way back I stopped for a late lunch before I had to pick up the girls from school. As you can see, my GL-24 went along for the ride.

Adding one to the Guardians thread. Utica Cutlery lambsfoot folder, carbon steel. Straight edge with rounded tip, no signs of reprofiling, just honest wear from use. Walk and snap are still good. Picked it up recently and thought it fit here with the other working lambsfoot patterns. Appreciate any insight on era or similar Utica examples.
Interesting knives, but I'm afraid if the posting parameters were that broad, this thread would be absolutely full of knives like that. Would you mind editing your posts please?Factory Marble’s stacked-leather knife that earned its lambsfoot profile the hard way (“In the Navy,” musically speaking) with all the ear marks of heavy rope cutting work, bent brass hand guard on pull cuts. Maybe not born a lamb but someone thought it should have been.View attachment 3052757
Goo luck to Lily

I used to like playing that position John, it's a bit like door workTaylor’s Eye Witness, new old stock.
Nothing fancy,in old 1960s football terms a centre half of a knife.
“The centre-back (also known as a central defender or centre-half, as the modern role of the centre-back arose from the centre-half position) defends in the area directly in front of the goal and tries to prevent opposing players, particularly centre-forwards, from scoring. Centre-backs accomplish this by blocking shots, tackling, intercepting passes, contesting headers and marking forwards to discourage the opposing team from passing to them. Centre-backs are often tall and positioned for their ability to win duels in the air. In the modern game, most teams employ two or three centre-backs in front of the goalkeeper.”

Those TEW knives are pretty decent, I'm going to have to pick one up myself (there's one in my KOTY giveaway)
