Good morning Guardians, kinda quiet here today, I hope everyone is OK. It's raining here in Yorkshire, but hopefully it'll clear up. In any case, I have stuff I need to do at home. My annual Jent abstinence is approaching its end. Giving up bread was a tough one, but inevitably I have gotten used to it, and have been enjoying the porridge I've been having around 11am most days. Still, it'll be nice to be able to have a sandwich or a burger again

I really enjoy my sourdough toast in the mornings Bob, and missed it for a couple of weeks, but soon adapted. I try not to eat after 4.30pm, so what I have been doing is just having a cup of tea for breakfast, then a small amount of porridge around 11pm, a few days I have had a light lunch or a snack, but essentially I've been having just one meal a day, and frequently, if I have had something at lunchtime, I only want a snack, or nothing at all. So I've lost a bit of weight
Sounds exciting!

I generally nibble all day ( sounds like a gerbil) and have a main meal late afternoon.
It will be interesting to see if there are tariffs attached to the lambs.
