Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Good morning Guardians, from DFW airport. I’m on my way back to NYC for the Broadway premiere week of the Dog Day Afternoon stage adaptation. The show is based on the classic film, which was adapted from an article that my old friend and client PF Kluge co-wrote for Life Magazine in the early 70s. I was a kid at the time, so I didn’t have anything to do with the first life of this project. But I had the privilege of representing Kluge (and his co-author Tom Moore) in the back half of their careers. And this is a deal I’ve been working and shepherding as their agent for the past 15 years…

Pretty cool cast we got, right?! Hoping we all break a leg, as they say in the theatre business!

That is VERY cool Dave, congratulations 😎 Love the wee pouch there with your TA Lamb πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘

Happy Friday. Jack I enjoyed yesterday’s Market Report. I have a lot in common with Tool Man except I have all my teeth. I must have good teeth genes. I try to stay away from sugar and salt. It’s hard. For decades on Sundays I’d enjoy the newspaper and an apple fritter. That’s when I was wild. Boy did I love good beer too. I just sighed. Oh well. I have good memories of the way we were.

Here’s my lamb for today. Both blades were just a tad bit proud. A few minutes with a file and they’re fine.

Very debonair Kurt.
Good memories are better than having a bucket list.

Congratulations on this achievement!! The first time I saw the film, I was in high school and my friend and I rented it from Blockbuster without reading the box or knowing anything about it. What a gritty, real, messy ride! Still one of my favorites.

ATTICA!!

Thanks Kurt, that's very kind of you 😊 By coincidence, we were talking about newspapers just yesterday. I was saying how, at one time, you'd go into any works canteen, cafe, or get on any train or bus, and everyone would be reading a newspaper. Not Tool Man.though! 🫣

That's a fine-looking Friday Lamb my friend πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘
