Very nice ebony lamb Jack.Good morning Guardians, and Happy May Day to you allWhen I was a boy, this used to be quite a significant day here, with Maypole dancing, and the like. I don't think much happens now, and what little does gets pushed to the official Bank Holiday, which is now called 'Early May Bank Holiday', (had to look that one up), on Monday. I'm sure there will be a certain amount of boozing going on, as happens every Bank Holiday Weekend here, and it's due to rain heavily on Sunday and Monday, which is also traditional
When I mentioned it to Tool Man, he thought May Day was some sort of Soviet event!
I told him I might parade my weaponry up and down the street!
Just have to find my Spetsnaz shovel!
I may just have a walk down to the cafe though, and perhaps get some lunch in town

Yep like the hollow grindThis kroo arrived yesterday with some interesting twists. There is an unobtrusive nail nick and a hollow grind on the blade. Wickedly sharp.
It reminded me of Barrett's GL-24.View attachment 3173852
I can see thatIt reminds me of a straight razor Mitch.View attachment 3173862
It makes me sad to see more disconnect from nature and agriculture, but maybe it's appropriate that pagan and book holy days are now bank holy days.Happy May Day to you allWhen I was a boy, this used to be quite a significant day here, with Maypole dancing, and the like.
