Nice! Never tried the porter! Have to find some and give it a go.

It's a great porter. Definitely can taste the barrel aged Brandy taste.

Don't forget Tennessee, fellers, I'm sipping on some George Dickel 9 yo single barrel tonight. MMMMMmmmmmmmmm . . . .

Hot Chocolate, three fingers, straight up!:D
Hot tea*, waiting for what's probably the last cold front of the season to come in the next day or so.

*In Texas, iced tea = "tea", so if you want it hot, you call it "hot tea".

I haven't carried my Li'l Sambar since the ironwood got here, so I think I'll put it in my pocket tomorrow.

Very nice, Rachel! I don't think kitty is going to let you have Li'l Sambar back! ;)

Good evening Guardians!

I received this particular knife a couple of weeks ago. In hand, it feels like a champ. Nice thick handle, outstanding walk and talk. The blade was ground a bit wavy. The other day a diamond stone and strop made short work of that. It’s a bit straighter and whittles hair now.

I’m not so sure I love the cover material though..... I have some really good leather dye that has served me well in the past. Perhaps it will be a bit different the next time I post. At any rate, a great pattern!

Use to drink George Dickel when I was stationed at ft. Stewart, and play (play is being generous) guitar and howl at the moon!

Mine today was...

“Smooth as Tennessee Whiskey.” And so is the Lambsfoot.

black mamba black mamba I’m enjoying looking at the knife, almost as much as you are sipping that George Dickel 9

draggat draggat I felt the same way when first seeing this type. I normally like craggy, but I’ve come to think of it as very elegant and clean. But “beauty is always in the eye of the beholder.”

r8shell r8shell Definitely Nice.

Nice, and sleek as well! It will be a looker if you leave it as it is, or put your touch to it. I'm like CD, think it looks great as is!:thumbsup:
