Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

LOL :p
That is very funny and one heck of a compliment all at the same time.
I'm honored...well maybe not so much about the bow-legged part even though I do have a pretty good hitch in my git along ;)
Thank you.
OG
I saw a DWI video once where the suspect told the police officer administering the sobriety tests, "I can't walk straight, Buddy! I've been riding horses all my life!" (He was a cowboy). And when he stumbled when asked to walk a straight line, he said, "See?!"

Well I got outta the hospital yesterday in time to continue our plans we had, went to see the Gatlin Bros last night, they absolutely delivered! Fantastic show and entertainment! Then a night at the Historic Banning Mills (we are NOT zip lining this weekend) with a massage to follow checkout. My bride is awesome! This was our view this am

You got a good thing going on this weekend! That two-tone is a beauty!! It's great how 'blades and booze' go together...I guess better than booze and guns!

ROCHDALE COWBOY

Never before in the history of mankind has the story been told of those brave frontiersmen who carved out a passage in the Northwest and made it a place fit for heroes to live in.
This is the story of one such man, sausage tosser extraordinaire, his name – Fred Ackroyd.

CHORUS:
It’s hard being a cowboy in Rochdale.
Spurs don’t fit right on me clogs.
Yee-haa
Hard being a cowboy in Rochdale,
Cos people laugh when I ride past on our Alsatian dog.

Almost every night
There’s a tripe and cowheel fight
In our local pie and pea saloon,
And poor old Uncle Fred
He spent 18 months in bed
Cos he tried to kiss a girl who’s a boy called Sue.

CHORUS

When the sun shines in the west,
That’s the time that I like best,
And I go out punching cows with me brother Jack
And poor old Uncle Fred,
He spent 18 months in bed
Cos he punched one cow and she went and punched him back.

CHORUS

In the local Temperance bar,
We’d go and have a jar.
There’s sarsaparilla and liquorice juice to drink
And poor old Uncle Fred,
He spent 18 months in bed
Cos he supped the stuff they use to clean the sink.

CHORUS

Yer know when us cowpokes hits town,
We go and horse around
With them good-time girls in the house of Mucky Peg.
When Auntie Kitty found Uncle Fred,
He spent 18 months in bed
Cos you can’t run fast with your pants halfway down your legs.

CHORUS

It’s hard being a cowboy in Rochdale.
Spurs don’t fit right on me clogs.
Hard being a cowboy in Rochdale,
Cos people laugh when I ride past on our Alsatian dog.

Not sure how I double posted that post, meds are working great though! I should be back to work by Wednesday and I used a cane to help get around while my bride drove me.

Morning Dwight, what a superb photo my friend :) Thank you, Uncle Fred definitely drew the short straw! :D That song was written and originally recorded by a British folk-singer called Mike Harding, who a couple of decades later, in his capacity as President of the Ramblers Association, wrote a monthly column for one of the magazines I wrote for myself

Thanks, Jack. Hope you had a great weekend.

Thanks Mark, hope you're managing to keep warm my friend, -25 is pretty chilly!
