That sounds very comfortable. Had to look it up: 77 Fahrenheit. It's 76 right now where I am.Thanks Harvey, it looks like summer has come earlier this year to Portugal !!!
We are (in the North !!!), temperatures of 25 degrees Celsius!!!![]()
Now you're talking, Harvey!I see the long face, but where I come from, 77 degrees sounds like heaven. If I was hanging out with you, José, all I would add would be a 20 year old Tawny Port and a Montecristo #2.![]()

Thanks Mark, I'm surprised, I actually thought Lucy's 'wounds' might cause a few folks to complain...

The ones I really liked were the ones with black vine-like ropes of black running through brown wood, which a few members have, and I also like those two-tone covers we have seen from the second runI have definitely warmed to Lucy though

Mine has one of those 'wounds' on the mark side though not as deep as those pictured above and I actually like it. It adds the the character of the wood
Hope you have a great walk![]()
As folk have been posting pics, I have noticed one or two more too, though not as prominent as Lucy's. As I hadn't noticed them when I had the knives in hand, or on the pics, I had wondered if they were perhaps a casualty of air travel, but of course that could not apply to youI do like them on Lucy though, and as you say, they add to the character of the wood

Morning Guardians, hope everyone had a great weekend. I usually get to hang out here on Sundays, but I still had a lovely day with my pal and his family (and their new spaniel). We had a good walk on the steep flanks of Ilkley Moor, and a lovely meal in a famous Yorkshire pub, before catching the train back to Leeds

Am I the only one who read this correctly or incorrectly? There's no such thing as superfluous stag.Congratulations Duncan, looks like the Sambar Lambsfoot I had Wright's make is now superfluous![]()
I've got a couple good ones on the back side of mine. Like David said, I think it adds character!![]()
