Whoa. That’s awesome
Did it surprise you? It takes a little getting accustomed to. If you change your mind, let me know and it can be rehomed. It’s a shooter! Gotta get used to the grip angle and the trigger.
Offhand @10 yards.

Yes, I was surprised on my first shot! I have to admit, the trigger is nice and it’s got a super short trigger reset. I put 150 rounds of ball through it with no malfunctions. I’m happy!Did it surprise you? It takes a little getting accustomed to. If you change your mind, let me know and it can be rehomed.

I’m going to shoot it some more and get familiar with it. It is a nice piece of working American history. I’ll probably keep it just for that alone. ‘Murica.Awesome. Glad you like it.

Looking at your other posts you had never had any 1911s that didn't have problems. Why did you get this one? It’s a shooter! Gotta get used to the grip angle and the trigger.

I had an opportunity to buy it at a steal of a price. That’s the only reason I have it now. The past 1911s I’ve owned have had FTF, FTE, and stovepiping issues. This one’s been good so far.Looking at your other posts you had never had any 1911s that didn't have problems. Why did you get this one?
I do not currently possess any 1911s. But the triggers are potentially second to none. Past guns are Colt Gov Series 70, Star PD, Colt 1911A1 Stainless.
I am trying so hard to not buy another one and you post this.
I’m exactly where you’re at. The trigger is really nice. Short and crisp, with a short reset.I am trying so hard to not buy another one and you post this.
How is the trigger?
You have the best 45 there is. Mags are here so it can be carried. You really need to put down everything else and embrace the 1911.
I type the above with several 1911's upstairs and my G30 on my side.
However, some days I want to and enjoy carrying a 1911.
Classic.I’m exactly where you’re at. The trigger is really nice. Short and crisp, with a short reset.
My SSII came in and I think I’m in love.
