Ugg. Yesterday was out catching Pokémon with my brother and his wife. Had my paramilitary 2 sprint in brown and s35vn on me. Got home and realized it was gone :(. Being a teenager a $165 knife is hard to swollow.
Have you lost a knife? What was it? Make me not feel like such an idiot. Surely I'm not alone.

Lost a large regular Sebenza about 10-12 years ago..Not fun to dwell on at all.

Ya buddy Iv lost quite a few or had them stolen. Crkt m16 my first real ish knife (stolen) then replaced and lost the next. Crkt ultima that my mother was kind enough to buy Me as a surprise (stolen). Becker bk2 I lost in one week though I wasn't fond of it as it was kind of heavy. Cold steel srk stolen by my neighbor after leaving it at his place. There are many more but I won't list them all as it would be plain silly but iv lost my fair share. Last year it was my entire collection so I feel your pain but you'll get threw it. Good news is you get to buy a new one lol sorry for your luck.

Yeah the knife I won on here in a contest last year. It was lost or possibly stolen :(

I liked that knife was a flipper CRK. Played with it a lot and carried it everywhere.

I wouldn't say lost any since I was a kid. More like misplaced then stolen. Leaving one unattended is ringing the dinner bell.

Nope. I still have every knife I ever acquired except those I have sold or gifted.

Lost a few to TSA.
Seat belts in rental cars.

Looks like you Brown PM2 evolved into a sword.

I've lost two knives that hurt my heart. One was a Benchmade 940-1....Stolen! The other was an old Benchmade AFCK.....dropped overboard. Both losses haunted me and I've tried to replace them with a several great knives; However, the void remained. It gave me an opportunity to EDC many others, but I still felt I something was missing. Replacing the knives has been my only cure. I've gifted many knives over the years and I still have fond memories of them, but losing a knife by any unintentional means leaves a strong feeling of loss. Those hollow feelings are a reminder of our appreciation for what we have, what we have lost, and what holds personal importance. Again, through my trials, replacement is the only fix.

Lost in don't even know how many most get found and it's like Christmas
I know there's a tops street scalpel in the bushes that I just couldn't seem to find it still occasionally bust out the metal detector but I usually find bits from the last property owner.

The stolen pissed me off way more back before I owned my own place I was young in an apartment with other friends , one friend made some bad decisions and ended up bringing in the wrong people.

They got a nice old black jack
A crkt Brian Tighe
Benchmade afo
And a nice g10 spyderco it was very nice and I can't find them
And a German Hitler youth dagger that had more sentimental value then dollar.
May they rot in hell
They where some of the best blades I had when I was 19 lol

Had 2 special knives stolen when we were moving around in the military. Those wonderful people who box up your stuff apparently took a liking to my knives.

Lost my first and only knife at a restaurant, a SAK Outrider
Lost my favorite OHO folder after it fell out of my pocket at a museum while sitting (carried unclipped, I clip every knife I carry since then)
Lost my Gerber MP600 to the Mediterranean sea
"Lost" a nice lockback to a friend on the first Geology course
"Lost" my first and only CF scaled folder to a friend on my last year at school

So yeah, I kind of understand you
:(

Recently i lost two knives in a week. A kabar folder and (grinding my teeth) a brand new cold steel voyager. Years ago i lost a knife that was technically my first edc knife. I carried it in a pouch. I had a weird dream that i swallowed the knife. I woke up grabbed my pants, the knife was gone. Take an hour, retrace your steps. If you cant find it let it go. Dont dwell on it, it will eat you up inside.

When I was in high school I lost a knife. Benchmade Stryker Auto. Was fishing with some friends on a dock. Set my knife don't for a little bit after cutting bait. I like to clean it before I put it back in the pocket, at least quick splash in the water. We were sishing for bounty fish, like $4 a fish, so I wanted to get my line out quick, that's why I set it down, to drop the line ASAP. Anyways, my friend was in the same rush/hurry when he ran to the bait, right next to me and kicked my knife into the deep, murky water where there is no return. He promised he'd get his gear out and dive for it, but the place we were at does not allow diving. For me, back then, I wasn't a huge knife collector/user, didn't catch the bug yet. Really only EDC'd that one knife, so I had to go get one or else I wouldn't have a folding cutting tool to bring with me, and that I can't have. Haven't been without a knife since I was like 8.

Anyway, the good news, have not lost a knife since!!! Very proud of that!!

Not worries, you will probably go a long while without losing one! :)

I seldom loose knives, but I misplace them often. If a knife is one you really like, suck it in and pick up another one like it. Yes I understand the cost issue and loosing.

Go to a hardware store and buy a large floor magnet. Go back and sweep the areas you think it may have fallen out. You have a good chance of findimg it this way. Good Luck!
