To my little man, I love and miss you already. I am so sorry I did not protect you better. You were an absolute joy in my life, and will be remembered forever as a part of my family.

On a lighter note, I’ve started to whittle drumsticks and experiment with different local wood types to see how they play and sound. So that means more knife time for fun.

Thank you. This thread has been enjoyable to share, and has been a sort of neat way to catalogue a few knife experiences over time. It’s been fun going back and remembering those places and times.
