I would like to make a rule. I rule this knife will be Navy Blue Micarta.

get all the black micarta voters to change their votes to blue and your rule would come true. :)

I would like to advance these ideas, by combining the blue votes with the black votes turning it into blue/black combo colored micarta handle:thumbup:. You can see the blue/black combo (160 + votes) beats the carbon fiber easily. I'm not a big fan of the Buck installed Carbon fiber so far, put a thick clear acrylic seal over it and I'd go for it.
I could go either way on finger grooves, no thumb clip on the blade as they don't work on the 110 style knives unless you have a loose blade on your knife.

Carbon fiber is in the lead...how about blue/black carbon fiber:D. Preston

I would also like to see a blue and black combo scale. If the combo of the two colors is done right scale material wouldn't matter to me. I've been interested in a two tone scaled handle for awhile now

I think a thumb disk would work well in combination with finger grooves. The grooves would provide enough depth to get the leverage needed for a one handed open.

Maybe, build one and give it a try. If it works that would be an awesome upgrade for sure!

Love the clip point 110s so it would have to be one of those. I love S90V as well. As I would use it as a utility/edc blade, a satin finish would be attractive and not as smudgey as mirror polish. No nail notch, CF and aluminum. As it's a more traditional knife design I also think a pocket clip would not be a good option. Can't wait to see what they look like!

Drop point s90v stone washed aluminum and (dark) carbon fiber, and no nail nick would work for me.

Well well well, what do we have here? Renditions! And, stonewash is not looking great at all. And the thumb disk looks quite good in my opinion. Feast your eyes!

Okay, I officially withdraw my vote for stonewash lol.

Although I was really hoping for a drop point blade, I'm digging the disc on the clip point blade. That first rendition, each element seems to complement the whole design IMO.

I'm still hoping to get another drop point 110 with upgraded steel from you at some point though.

A drop point 1095 blade with long pull Cooper instead of brass with carbon fibre scales in a triage lock

I'm loving the shade of the blue knife. Put a drop point s90v blade with no nail nick and no finger groves. And I would be sold on one

The Knife on the Bottom 👍 I would much prefer a Stainless made frame polished, brushed or even stonewashed. Knife would be stronger lighter and would look as nice maybe better. That would be my take on a much better 110, and for sure the Vantage Pocket Clip just my opinion 😉 Still not sure about carbon fiber over Micarta?
