Hey there! I’m a brand new member to blade forums and just wanted to say how awesome it is what you guys are doing here! I’m mostly over in the traditionals forum, but I have a very soft spot in my heart for Bucks — especially considering that I, too, live in Northern Idaho.

Just to clarify, it’s too late to get in on this knife right? Because I’m suuuuper into it.

Also, do you have a store front? I’d love to see your stuff in person :D

First time Buck has used this steel..I sure hope we see a 112 with it! I gave my son a Vantage Pro and it's the one he carrys absolutely every day. I have a 345 but find it to small. But this is one I'll try because my son loves his so much..
 
Wows, just got the email about the upcoming preorder, and I am very impressed with the price point. I am in a position where I need to keep my expenditures down a little, but you sure are making it hard with that quality of a knife at that price!
 
I really like the color of that micarta. Don't know how well 20cv will do on a sharpmaker, so I might not be in for this but it sure is cool :thumbsup:

Should work fine on a sharpmaker. Vanadium is only around 4%

That's good news....I appreciate the response man, thank you. I reckon if that's the color of the micarta I'm gonna have to try and get one....

I'm a traditional knife guy, but dip my feet in the modern knife pool every once in awhile. The vantage force pro, in my opinion, is one of the best bargains out there. My desert tan one is my favorite modern knife....for now;)
