I wanted a Springfield when I bought the Kimber I have, but I just couldn't find one at the time last spring or even since then. I'll still probably have a Springfield sometime.........1911's seem to be addicting to me like knives are. This will be the 3rd 1911 I've owned and there are more in my future and eventually a custom. I sold the first 1911 I had and kinda still regret it a bit even tho it wasn't anything special(RIA GI). Everything I read about the Sig 1911's is that they are great, which made me want to own this one even more.

I really like the fullsize grip. I handled the next size down and it just didn't feel quite right. The fullsize will be a bit harder to conceal, but the bobtail should help with printing.......I'm a pretty big guy too, so I don't have much trouble being able to conceal big guns.

No its called Billy's Gourmet Hotdogs. Its downtown near 25th and Larimer. They have a lot of crazy dogs and cheese fries there. One popular weird one is pesto sauce blue cheese fries. Sounded gross to me but was pretty good. And they saw me taking pictures of the food and knife and didn't give me a crazy look like most places. I just googled steves snapping dogs, how have I not heard of this place? I need to go check that out.

Crap!!! I forgot I have one of those too. Its a good gun and runs fairly decent, but if I was going to buy a semi-auto 22 handgun again it would be the Ruger 22/44 or a Browning Buckmark.
