Horton Knives....FIREARMS CHAT THREAD 3

Oh no you dit int! Please tell me you did not just dis the black rifle!

Different strokes for different folks I guess but I just don't see how crossing over to charge the weapon is practical. For me anyhow. But like I said, different strokes for different folks. That was below the belt J.

crossing over once every thirty or trying the mag release and it not going into battery when its dirty. Once. Then recharging whilst doublefeeding. Come take a class

I would really like to take some AK classes. I would really like an AK first. Just fired one a few times. Maybe once the money fairy drops some cash on me I can start buying toys again. Tax return is coming soon so maybe it will be sooner than later. Been looking at an XD though in 45acp.

And sorry I don't think i ever posted any pics of my setup. Nothing special but...

Nice rifle but 44 mag is for handguns Bro - unless you have limp wrists :D

Lately I'm wanting a single action revolver,,, are the Rugers any good (they seem a lot more affordable then the Colt),,, is 45 Long Colt a good calibre or am I better of with a .357 or 44 Magnum ?

Any of the Hortonites shoot a SA revolver ?

Yes, I might start all the hassle again and begin a new quest to obtain a permit

I've definitely seen too many cowboy movies or sumptin' :D

Ubertti you say ? I'll have to check them out then,,,

Coo' looking leverguns mangs,,,

500 S&W for revolver is how I roll - stuff 700gr boolit and you're golden..

Now if I were to get a single action revolver it would have to be BFR in you guessed it 500 S&W ;)

The cylinder on the BFR is longer than on the X-frame and will accommodate 847gr projectile :)
