.What, !? Is that one of those little tiny lights, one battery, 230 lumens?

So if a surefire, my only point of reference, puts out a published 200 lumens are they talking torch or led lumens?

Surefire takes the assembled light and sticks it in a white sphere to measure light output. That's "out the front" lumens. Surefire is known to mark those numbers down on top of that. 80 lumens is more like 90+, 120 is more like 135. 5 is more like 8.

my 120 lumen x300 will eat up my fenix set on 160

That is what I was saying about my U2A. It is brighter than you think from the ratings.

BTW, got the 2000 yesterday. Man what a difference that extra 500 lumens makes. Now I can walk around like a truck with a new and old headlight:D

Never done this before so if anyone has a better idea please tell me.

I set the exposure with matrix metering for the "turbo setting" on the Wiseled. White balance set to daylight. Lens is Nikon 70-200 F2.8 set to 70 (probably should have put on a wideangle because the spill on the wiseled was way outside of the pics, maybe later). I held the lights directly over the lens. The woods are about 100 yards away.

That tractor belongs to earth at this point. Have not used it in a few years. It does still run, it just needs the wheel put back on.

I saw Saskwatch in the second picture, in the trees! I'm satinizing Brian's chopper/user, the one in the thread.

Can't wait to see the pics! I wish I had my camera set quicker, when I first turned it on there where about 30 deer just standing there looking at me.
