Heard from the Victim-Witness Coordinator of ND office, this Bryan is under supervised probation. I don't know if he still going to work but I will be superised that he can still do this under the situation. So far, they haven't arrange any court/ hearing for this case, but soon as they did they will inform all the documented victims. All the victims will then be asked/ called to provide information as witnesses. So, if you sitll haven't received a Marsy's Card you should call LEO one more time and ask one before you reach the Victim-Witness Coordinator. The Coordinator also highlighted any contact between victims and suspect are not allowed, though it would never happen. Again, don't answer back anything from Bryan nor make any deal with him. Because he may use it against you later on court. About restitution, the Coordinator didn't say anything nor did I ask, simply it's way too early before the first court. I also asked about will there be any better that I reported my case to postal inspectors and FBI. Reply is they look forward to work together to find a solution. Also, I am waiting a call back form my local postal inspectors.
I don't know whether or not Bryan will get away from this but I hope not. We shall wait and see.

Has he been charged with anything? Have they violated his probation? I'm not understanding what, if any, legal proceeding is underway here.

I would hope at least one of the agencies contacted has done something. Possibly not. I'll bet these agencies would come after you tooth and nail, and with a quickness if somebody went all vigilante on him. Broken system that doesn't seem to care until it's too late.
Seriously, how many identical complaints against one person have to be made before somebody puts their donut down?

Yea they would go after the idiot who committed a violent crime(s) over a theft. Prisons are full of inmate who harmed/killed people over things of very little value.

Hopefully LE does something, this guy is obviously a chronic (career) criminal who goes from one scam to another, they all get caught eventually.

But it shouldn't happen "eventually". It should happen "sooner" rather than "later". In this thread alone there is enough missing property with a paper trail that something should have already been done.

I just saw this thread and thought the named looked familiar. I bought a knife from him in September of last year, everything went smoothly thankfully.

any further info..??? Once upon time i was the victim of a scam for a custom AK,but the local sheriff got in it..He went to the guys house and in no time it was settled,in these small towns the sheriffs try to keep it together.I hope you guys nail to a wall..
