Bad How I got $700 stolen from me (CaptainFuzzy / TacticalEdge8541)

 Thanks.

The old software used to show when someone was banned. Unless I'm missing something, there is no easy way to tell if he was banned. o_O

I believe if you go to the members button at the top of the page, then find banned members, you will see everyone that has been banned. Only works for Gold and above to check this.
Really wish that the current configuration of the software was capable of displaying the members status as being banned though.

???

I did a search for 'Da Stump. His posts are there. He is shown as banned.

Thanks. If you're not careful, you learn something new once in awhile.

Back to the topic. A very long time ago (mid '80s) I had a problem with something that I purchased. The dealer was in IL and refused to do anything. (This was before the internet and email) I wrote to the IL AG consumer protection unit. A couple of weeks later I got a check from the dealer. It's worth a try.

For those who sent paypal gift to Bryan D. Falldorf, here is your trick: Pick up an empty box/envelope and sent to Bryan via USPS First Class package. It only costs you $2.67 in doing so you will have a USPS tracking number against him. On top of that, you made the case US mail invovled(a Felony of Mail Fraud), of which was business of US Postal Inspectors(postal workers who show up with loaded MP5). Remeber to mention your paypal transaction within your online complaint.
Here is where you want to ship to:
Bryan D. Falldorf/ Theresa Fallldorf
201 Grant Ave #4
Granville, ND 58741

Have Fun!

That is completely absurd. Do not do anything like that. In that case the main person doing mail fraud is you. Just stick with the facts and truth.

Not familiar with that member I don't think. Either way- PRE-Zenforo banned members will show the "banned" banner like the VBulletin used to. They were imported that way. Zenforo does not currently do this.
Not sure if it's possible with an ad-on or just some configuration.

A bit off topic but I think I have seen on boards using same or very similar software adding a banner similar to the ones you have for membership status and moderator status that would indicated "Banned".

I saw a mod already had his account(s) banned, earlier in this thread. Doesn’t stop him from reading posts though. If he persuaded anyone via internet to mail him something of value which he never paid for or sent the trade, he’s committed apparently 2 federal crimes, using the mail to receive items with intent to steal them; second, using online means to commit larceny well above and beyond the value of which would be considered felonius. Several posters were relieved of over $500 worth of knives. This means he’s looking at multiple counts of felony theft on the federal level. If the FBI hasn’t gotten involved, it’s because the victims aren’t submitting their claims to the right agencies. He’s the kind of scumbag that deserves several consecutive 5 year sentences, please get him off the streets and making license plates before he graduates to armed robbery and murder.

I've submitted my reports to FBI and also postal inspector office. Please tell me if I did wrong/ not enough.

From what I've read, you have done the right thing. I only hope others who were ripped off by this SOS take the time to be as thorough as you have been.
Contacting local PD is great but the Feds will make it hurt.

Follow up once a week on every report or it will get buried. Your encouragement of others to do same is necessary. Unless he’s already an fbi informants he’ll do time but if enough people put pressure on the agency they’ll drop him as a ci (if he is one) and do the right thing and send him away someplace where the pay is 37cents/hour and all of that goes to restitution

Great help here. Thank you!
I'll update you if there was anything new.

Do we have a count on how many victims have called his LEO and reported him? there has to be at least a dozen from here and facebook groups...

Ummmm, somehow I doubt he is a CI, those guys get paid.

Yeah, I’m not implying and I hope he isn’t, but some real scumbags get time off for snitching on other scumbags. And they don’t always get paid in money, but in order not to derail this thread I will leave that one alone.

Heard from the Victim-Witness Coordinator of ND office, this Bryan is under supervised probation. I don't know if he still going to work but I will be superised that he can still do this under the situation. So far, they haven't arrange any court/ hearing for this case, but soon as they did they will inform all the documented victims. All the victims will then be asked/ called to provide information as witnesses. So, if you sitll haven't received a Marsy's Card you should call LEO one more time and ask one before you reach the Victim-Witness Coordinator. The Coordinator also highlighted any contact between victims and suspect are not allowed, though it would never happen. Again, don't answer back anything from Bryan nor make any deal with him. Because he may use it against you later on court. About restitution, the Coordinator didn't say anything nor did I ask, simply it's way too early before the first court. I also asked about will there be any better that I reported my case to postal inspectors and FBI. Reply is they look forward to work together to find a solution. Also, I am waiting a call back form my local postal inspectors.
I don't know whether or not Bryan will get away from this but I hope not. We shall wait and see.
