How Many EDC a Flashlight and a Knife?

LM Fuse in my trouser pocket.
Fenix P2DQ5 (when the weather gets darker) in my pocket as well.

I have lots of extra lights and knives lying around in my car, in my grab bag and so on.

My Fenix L0D with my EDC. Lovely little light :) Use my L2D Q5 when I need something bigger.

Sebenza, Vic Huntsman Plus, and Fenix P1D CE Q5. The Fenix TK10 rides in the pack, or sometimes in the carpenter's style pants side pocket.

I always have a LUMMI RAW NS on me, as well as often having some other light (currently either a BITZ and/or LUMMI WEE NS, maybe one of the E2 series Surefire lights).

A couple of us were working late on a project. The building was old with many twisting passages and permanent brick and mortar offices, so very little light penetrated from outside. Security had not been informed that we were in that part of the building. A patrolling security guard threw the switch that killed all the lights on our floor. From bright light to pitch dark in a split second. ‘Our hero’ managed to walk the team to safety using my Innova (I forget the model number). There was some panic building amongst my colleagues until I found the light in my bag and turned it on. Funny thing is, nobody on that team went out and bought themselves a flashlight after that. People are weird…

I always have a small flashlight handy. Brands and models vary. Mini Maglites with LED retrofit, cheap lights bought at camping stores, LED light on my keychain etc.

I carry on a regular basis, three blades and three flashlights.

Blades
Leatherman Skeletool CX
Benchmade Mini griptilian 556
SAK Classic replica

Flashlights
Nitecore D10
Dexlight X.1
ARC-P AAA

The knives rotate but I carry a little Maglite AAA in my briefcase. While I don't use it daily it has sure come in handy the few times I needed it. Carry spare batteries in the briefcase too since I don't use it that often I don't know when the batteries are going.

Many days I will carry this rig in my back pocket. The days I do not carry it, I will at the very least have the flashlight. It is a PEAK LED Solutions Matterhorn. It is a single AAA flashlight with 3 LED's. The power of this light in such a small package is beyond incredible. It carries in my front pocket when not in a pocket sheath like it is not even there. I use it several times a week.

I have ordered one of those to go with my little bark rivers. By one of those I mean sheath and peak matterhorn.

My mini canadian is fast becoming my favorite knife. I have the psk too but don't like the way the kydex sheath scratches the blade. The psk fits nicely in the mini sheath as well.
