  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

I just ordered a limited edition bk16!

Mine is 1.8 with the el cheapo knife and free shipping. It's listed as being in Orlando, FL, it had better not take another 6 days.... I was just in Orlando last night!

Pics or else! I want more FPR PRONZ!

When I was at SMKW last Saturday, I was not aware the BK15 and BK17 were available. Corrected that with a UPS delivery this afternoon . . .

Nice trio . . . these will be safe queens awaiting arrival of the regular production model of the BK15 which is my favorite of the three.

Thanks, guys . . . and BTW, Warrior . . . none of the three had any extra hardware in the box. Not a deal-breaker by any means, but it would be better if the supplier just didn't mention it if it wasn't going to be supplied. :concern:

Yeah, not a deal breaker, but shouldn't be advertised as such. Oh well, no biggie...

Thanks for the pics ralphtt! The 15 really is an awesome looking knife and I'll be ordering one up this coming weekend, if they're still out there. It looks to me like the etching was actually designed for the 15 and the other 2 were an afterthought.

Man I wish I was able to get my hands on a set of these to just collect. I'm definitely going to get a regular production 15 and 16 when they come out, but these would just be cool to have. Hopefully they are still available at the beginning of next month.

Nice! get some pics up asap!

Ask and ye shall receive. Thanks again for the heads-up on theses (despite the awkwardness of an 800 lb gorilla, whatever). This thing feels as great as I had anticipated it would. The balance is so good that I've decided not to put any G10 on it, as it would make it a bit too handle heavy for me. I may go with some wood or delrin scales. First of all is a strip, choil, convex, and kydex. I'll update you guys with the mods in a new thread. It will be a few days before I can get out to the shop. In the meantime, some tweener porn.

The pics are HERE.

i would contact the supplier to have this remedied :)

Thanks for the pictures, Wooly. It's always nice seeing some new perspectives on those anticipated buggers. You mentioned the balance, that's great to know as it is one of my biggest concerns. I love a knife that just feels right in the hand and balance is a huge part of it. How does the choil feel on it?

I aint even checked my Tracker...Im still using the ''ignore it, forget about it, maybe time will go faster'' method. y'alls pics aint helping in that regard! lol

still super stoked.

cant wait to get my hands on it!

How does the choil feel on it?

I'm a big choil guy. I like to choke up on the blade, so after it's stripped I'm going to open that sucker up. The balance point is just south of the guard which is what I prefer in a 3" to 4" blade. Really, words can't describe how it feels in my hand. I'm getting teary eyed now. :D

Mine is on its way from Orlando to either Lakeland (largest town within 50 miles of me) or Polk City, either way, I think I'll get it late tomorrow afternoon, so much for 7-10 days!
