I just ordered a limited edition bk16!

My 17 is 20 minutes away in the next town overs Post office....Scheduled for delivery tomorrow by end of day.....Going to be a long 24 hours....
 
My awesome wife just called and said that I had a package waiting for me at the door....I told her to take a picture of it and send it to me, she said that she couldn't do that right now since she was driving to my office with package in hand!! She rules!

I paid for 3-5 day for the ones in Anaheim.

The other i got the free knife cheap delivery. Didn't check the delivery on that one, going in the safe.
 
I will say this, while I am not a huge fan of the color, the sheaths are some of the best I have ever seen. These things are just plain sweet.
 
Looks like mine's coming in tomorrow. Happy it is, of course, but sucks it's only 20 minutes away, lol.
 
I guess I was wrong, it's not coming today, if I don't get it tomorrow then I'm gonna go beserk on every UPS truck I see!

i just got mine an hour ago. sadly, i don't like it. the front finger groove is too deep for my liking like my bhk bushcrafter i used to have...it's for sale (will make a post in the for-sale forum). i guess i'm the first to do so? oh well.

Seems that it lasted less than 6 minutes! That's not a record but it's pretty fast.

When you are waiting for deliveries it sure takes a long time. I have 3 other knife-related packages on the way to me- should have been here yesterday but haven't made it yet today. I'll hope for tomorrow. I tried some google searching- google hasn't found any tweeners for sale yet.

Dang, I should've just waited and bought one from you instead of SMKW :D

Just curious, when you say the finger groove is too deep, do you mean that the handle is too thin at that point or you don't like where it puts your hand in relation to the blade?

Of got one of mine today. I haven't had a chance to play with it yet. I'm hoping to play with it before I go home.

my index finger is too close to the spine for me. if the handle height in that area was the same as the pinky area then it's perfect! the red curving line is where i would put material back if i could. i'm so bummed...i waited 2 yrs for this when we first heard of the tweeners...everyone's hands fit differently, oh well.

That sucks JV3..... must be very disappointing. I really hate that it doesn't fit your hand. I love mine and it fits like a glove, but as you said everyone has different hands.
